We accept Refunds as long as your order has not been shipped!
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture and we will refund you in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If anything is broken don't worry we will send out a replacement free of charge. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. and photo proof of the damage.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL OR REFUND ANY AND ALL ORDERS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. ORDERS SOMETIMES WILL GET SHIPPED OUT THE SAME DAY AS THE ORDER WAS MADE SO PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
